Like many of you, the team at your Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra is keeping up with the latest government mandates regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus. It has become clear that all concerts through May 9th must be postponed and rescheduled to a later date. Affected concerts are noted below in the event listing.
We are working as quickly as possible and considering options for the other affected concerts, and will provide updated details to the general public and ticketholders regarding the concerts.
Effective immediately, the RPO Administrative Office and Patron Services Center will suspend in-person operations until further notice. We have since moved to a virtual office system. Inquiries regarding concerts and subscriptions can still be made by calling the Patron Services Center at (585) 454-2100 during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM). There may be extended call times due to the implementation of the virtual box office. We will work to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible.
